For All Reservations incuding NSW/QLD Public and Private School Holidays and Long Weekends a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the stay is required to secure bookings.

The total balance of any monies due for the stay are payable on the day of arrival prior to receiving keys.

All Credit Card transactions incur a 2% Fee.

Reservations outside NSW/Qld Public and Private School Holidays and Long Weekends can be re assigned once only and the new date must be advised at time of changing or loss of deposit. Bookings that are shortened/varied after payment of deposit will be refunded minus a booking fee of 13.75% and only on the condition the shortened/varied dates are relet for the original booking duration.

Cancellation of a Booking after payment of Deposit will be refunded minus a booking fee of 13.75% only on the condition that the booking is relet for the original booking duration.
